The MCIA Winter Meeting is scheduled to be held on January 7-8, 2016 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tupelo, MS.  A cocktail hour will kick-off at 5:30 pm at the Tupelo Automobile Museum with dinner to follow at 7:00 pm at Park Heights Restaurant (just around the corner from the museum).  The cocktail reception will be an opportunity to see old friends and perhaps meet new ones, in addition to being able to check out all the neat cars at the museum.  And you will definitely want to hang around for the dinner where we will be presenting the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards to some of our well-deserved leaders of the concrete industry.

Make your room reservations by December 25, 2015!!!   A block of rooms have been secured for our group at a special room rate is $109 per night plus tax.  The hotel is located at 363 East Main Street, Tupelo, MS.  Online reservations can be made by logging onto and using the group code MSCOIA to reserve their room.  You may also call the hotel's front desk at 662-718-5500 or the reservations hotline at 877-STAYHGI and give them the group code to reserve your room.
