Our association offers quality educational programs on numerous subjects. If your company or organization needs a presentation, MCIA may be your solution. The association provides dozens of quality seminars and lectures across the state each year on a wide variety of topics.
Our presentations are appropriate for a number of audiences including architects, engineers, homebuilders, contractors, universities and community colleges, high school students, government officials, civic groups, and social clubs. The topics can often be adapted to address specialized interests of specific groups.
We will gladly coordinate an event for a single company, a large association, or even an individual if that will help you sell a project that involves concrete construction. Topics can be covered in as little as 30 minutes or seminars can be scheduled over a full day for in-depth coverage.
Don't forget that MCIA can help architects and engineers satisfy continuing education requirements. We are a registered provider of AIA credits and engineers can earn professional development hours at our events. We must have at least two weeks prior notice for programs to meet AIA registration guidelines.
We can make any presentation at any location across the state. We will travel anywhere for any group, schedule permitting. There is no cost to the sponsoring group or audience, and we can often supply supporting marketing and technical literature on the subject.
Visit the list of available topics to see the presentations available to you. Each one is described briefly and is accompanied by a list of audiences it is appropriate for.
You may also want to visit the seminars and conferences area to see what is scheduled there. Seminars and conferences are generally longer (one-half to two days), more in-depth, and focus on various aspects of a single subject, such as parking areas or Cool Communities.
