MCIA works closely with Mississippi universities, community colleges, and trade schools to support education of our industry's future leaders. We also support the Concrete Industry Management program at Middle Tennessee State University.

Our efforts include a number of elements such as supporting student scholarship funds, serving as guest lecturers, providing literature, sponsoring design competitions, and conducting tours of concrete industry facilities. The association focuses on both technical areas and business considerations, such as management and finance. Several member companies also provide scholarships to deserving students.
