DESCRIPTION:June 4-5\, 2019 held at the MDOT Central Lab in Jackson\, MS \nThis class covers laboratory testing of hardened concrete. ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician certification covers the following standard test methods: \n\nASTM C617 Capping Cylindrical Specimens\nASTM C1231 Unbonded Caps for Concrete Cylinders\nASTM C39 Compressive Strength of Cylindrical Concrete Specimens\nASTM C78 Flexural Strength of Concrete\n\nThis two-day course involves a full day of classroom instruction. The second day will start with a written test followed by the performance test.
