DESCRIPTION:February 4-5\, 2020 held at the MDOT Central Lab in Jackson\, MS \nThis class covers laboratory testing of aggregates for concrete. ACI Aggregate Testing Technician – Level 1 certification covers the following standard test methods: \n\nASTM D 75 Sampling Aggregates\nASTM C 702 Reducing Samples of Aggregate to Testing Size\nASTM C117 Materials Finer than No. 200 Sieve in Mineral Aggregates by Washing\nASTM C136 Sieve Analysis of Fine & Coarse Aggregates\n\nThis two-day course involves a full day of classroom instruction. The second day will start with a written test followed by the performance test.
