DESCRIPTION:This class covers field testing of fresh concrete.  ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician\, Grade 1 certification covers the followingstandard test methods: \n\nASTM C172   Sampling                                      \nASTM C143   Slump\nASTM C138   Unit Weight\nASTM C173   Air Content Volumetric Method            \n\nThis two-day course involves a full day of classroom instruction. The second day will start with a written test followed by theperformance test. SUMMARY:2023 Glyn Porter Memorial Golf Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Mississippi Concrete Association’s annual PAC fundraiser\, Glyn Porter Memorial Golf Tournament\, will be held Thursday\, October 26\, 2023\, at The Refuge Golf Course in Flowood\, Mississippi. Registration begins at 8:00 am followed by a shotgun start at 9:00 am. A box lunch is included and cash prizes will be presented at the conclusion of the tournament.   The cost of a team is $1200. Mulligans are available for $20 per player. \nSPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES  \nAll sponsors will be recognized with event signage\, email blasts and on the MCA website.
