SUMMARY:ACI Field Testing Technician\, Grade 1 (MDOT Class 1)
DESCRIPTION:This certification class has been developed for the purpose of certifying concrete technicians who have demonstrated the knowledge and ability to properly perform and record the results of seven basic field tests on freshly mixed concrete. \nThis two-day course involves a full day of classroom instruction. The second day begins with the written test followed by the performance test. ACI will grant certification only to those applicants who pass both the ACI written test and successfully complete the ACI performance examination. \nREGISTER

DESCRIPTION:2026 GLYN PORTER MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT \nThe Mississippi Concrete Association’s 11th Annual PAC fundraiser\, Glyn Porter Memorial Golf Tournament\, will be held on Thursday\, October 29\, 2026\, at The Refuge Golf Course in Flowood\, MS. Registration begins at 8:00 am\, followed by a shotgun start at 9:00 am. A box lunch is included\, and cash prizes will be presented after the tournament. The cost of a team is $1\,300\, which includes two mulligans per player. The deadline to register a team is October 23\, 2026. \nSPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES  \nAll sponsors will be recognized with event signage and email blasts.
